Prior to working in the industry, Anthony served 3 years in the Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Carrie takes decades of marketing leadership and applies it to DOM’s growth efforts. Her career spans 25 years. She’s served as Director of Marketing at Edgar Snyder & Associates, Senior Regional Director of Marketing for Delaware North, and Vice President of Brand Awareness at Wheelhouse Creative. That mix of corporate, regional, and agency experience gives her a wide lens on what makes campaigns work.

Carrie earned her PhD from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MA from West Virginia University, and a BA from Bethany College. She’s deeply involved in her community, supporting the Marshall County Animal Rescue League, announcing JM soccer games, working with the Ohio Valley Ironmen Football Team, and coaching high school track.

She claims to have never eaten a PB&J. She also believes Taylor Swift is the greatest marketing mind of our generation, and she’s not backing down from that.

Digital Advertising Account Manager Ryan Norman’s reputation for the detail-oriented effort is near-legendary at DOM. Among his coworkers, Ryan’s work is consistently hailed as a blueprint for leaving no stone unturned.

Ryan focuses on helping his coworkers manage client PPC strategy. He’s an expert at solving problems and finding the action items that sometimes get buried in phone calls or email chains. Ryan exemplifies the spirit of accountability and reliability that so many people associate with DOM. Stating explicitly what he is going to do and when he is going to do it sets clear expectations on both sides, for DOM and the client alike.

Ryan’s a great writer (and a frequent contributor to Wheeling’s popular Weelunk.com, where he writes about music, education, and social issues), so we just asked him to tell us what he thinks is so special about DOM. This is what he wrote:

“DOM treats its people right, and it will treat you right as a client. Unlike many other players in the digital game, DOM never takes a percentage of what a client spends in Google Ads. Through this model, DOM’s incentives are not aligned with how much the client spends. We let the client define what success looks like to them, be it leads, sales, awareness, first-page rankings, etc.”

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wheeling Jesuit University, Ryan helped pharmaceutical companies proof both print and online campaigns. Today, Ryan proofs ad campaigns for his portfolio of DOM clients and handles virtually all aspects of day-to-day account management.

Taylor Caplan makes sure things run smoothly — for clients, for campaigns, and for the team. As Client Success Manager, she acts as the go-between, making sure every brand DOM works with feels heard, supported, and on track for actual results. She’s the one connecting dots, asking the right questions, and keeping things from falling through the cracks.

Taylor has five years of experience in marketing, most of it agency-side. She’s led strategy, managed teams, and written more than a few blog posts that you might’ve read without realizing it. Before DOM, she worked with Duckpin and Crossroads Co.Lab in roles that covered everything from social media and brand voice to project timelines and reporting.

She holds an M.A. in Communication and Business Leadership and a B.A. in Strategic Communication, both from High Point University. Her name has shown up on platforms like GoDaddy and the American Marketing Association, where she’s written about everything from influencer strategy to how to actually get people to attend webinars more than once.

Outside the office, she volunteers as a youth golf coach with First Tee Pittsburgh. She also hangs out with her cat, Lucky — who, from what we hear, lives up to the name.

He would go from there to work in many industries, including doing SEO within the entertainment industry, the auto industry, the steel industry, and consumer goods.
