Carrie Copley

Carrie takes decades of marketing leadership and applies it to DOM’s growth efforts. She works with the team to translate the value of partnering with DOM into language that resonates with potential clients. The approach is straightforward. Highlight the features, explain the benefits, make the connection clear.

Her career spans 25 years. She’s served as Director of Marketing at Edgar Snyder & Associates, Senior Regional Director of Marketing for Delaware North, and Vice President of Brand Awareness at Wheelhouse Creative. That mix of corporate, regional, and agency experience gives her a wide lens on what makes campaigns work.

Carrie earned her PhD from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MA from West Virginia University, and a BA from Bethany College. She’s deeply involved in her community, supporting the Marshall County Animal Rescue League, announcing JM soccer games, working with the Ohio Valley Ironmen Football Team, and coaching high school track.

She claims to have never eaten a PB&J. She also believes Taylor Swift is the greatest marketing mind of our generation, and she’s not backing down from that.
