Previous Performance
Organic search was performing but not growing. Direct search was low at under 9,000 for the 2nd half of the year compared to ~20,000 organic sessions. With a decline in branded search, this signaled a need for brand awareness.

By building on the existing internal linking structures, we improved site navigation and distributed link equity across key pages, making it easier for users and search engines to access valuable content.
Backlinking for Brand Awareness and Online Authority: Significant technical improvements were made, including the resolution of broken links, image compression for site speed, and 404 resolution.

Our Results
In 2024, branded awareness efforts significantly boosted direct traffic by 204%. SEO efforts contributed to the growth, with an 18% increase in overall keyword rankings, from 1,671 keywords in January to 1,974 in December, adding 303 new keywords. Top 3 keyword positions saw a 68% increase, with 56 new positions added, bringing the total to 138 by the end of the year. Additionally, there was a remarkable 2,400% increase in Featured Snippets, with 250 new snippets gained. Organic search also saw a 5.14% improvement in the second half of the year compared to 2023, and 42.8% of all form submissions came from organic search, with 78% of those submissions converting.
